The Azima powered system uses field-proven, commerciallly available wireless protocols (801.11 b/g, ZigBee) to transmit data rapidly and securely within the plant.  Data transmission to Azima's secure processing servers can be done via internet gateway, cellular network or satellite link.

Other benefits of wireless monitoring include:

• Elimination of costly cables
• Improves safety through monitoring inaccessible equipment
• No downtime required for installation

Our Service

Two levels of critical machine monitoring service is offered on an annual subsription basis per machine:

• Monitoring with alarm
• Monitoring, analysis* and recommended action

* Detailed machine data analysis is performed  by one of a staff of Level 4 Certified Vibration Analysts which supports the customer's proactive reaction to machine faults.

For added flexibility, a 'Roamer" service is available that allows the monitoring equipment to be moved from one machine to another as problems arise.  This trouble-shooter system uses cellular data connection for data transmission
