In the past many on-line condition-monitoring system failures meant that a completely new approach was needed to sustain and grow condition-monitoring automation systems. RioTech Instruments has pioneered a system offering automation through a service-based program. This program eliminates most of the inherent problems of the past and the benefits are:

NO CAPITAL REQUIREMENT
Customers enter into a service agreement that applies automation hardware and software on as few as two machines or as many as hundreds. A setup fee covers installation and configuration with sensor mounting, hardware configuration, base line readings taken, and setting up software parameters specifically to each machine. After setup there is a yearly fee per item covered. Riotech takes care of all system upgrades, software improvements and management of the system. This approach is very cost-effective and requires less than 1/10th of what it historically would cost.

NO INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT
With Riotech Instruments managing the monitoring systems customers can concentrate on what they do best, running the facility. There is no need for computer, software, networking or management expertise and especially no need for additional manpower!
