SI-500 Series Machine Monitors provide 24/7 protection for critical plant equipment.  They provide early warning of pending machine failure, and if the fault is left uncorrected, the monitor will provide a shutdown contact preventing catastrophic machine damage.  The SI-500 Series Monitors can be configured for a variety of machine vibration or process measurements to meet a customer’s unique monitoring requirement.

This small versatile wall-mounted instrument provides real-time display of machine condition on dedicated 3 1/2 digital Green LED displays per channel.  As conditions change and levels exceed the system’s settings, the display wil change proportionally to the input change, and simultaneously, as pre-set alarm and trip settings are exeeded, alarm LED's are activated, and relay contacts status change providing either alarm or shutdown commands to the customer customer's existing control logic.

Buffered BNC jacks are provided for the vibration analyst to access the sensors dynamic signal for more advance fault analysis when needed.

Bottom mounted cord grips provided cable access to the inside of  the monitor where terminal blocks are provided for signal and alarm contact termination.

1 x Integral 120VAC/24VDC Power Supply (unless customer elects to use existing plant 24 VDC instrument power)

1 x Lot Inter-Module Wiring

1 x Lot Calibration of all Modules and Displays, and Alarm Settings

1 x Lot Documentation Package, including operation manuals for all modules, as well as a schematic wiring diagram
