SPECIALTY ACCELEROMETERS

In addition to the high performance industrial accelerometers shown on previous pages, a number of special

sensors have been produced in response to customer demand; examples of specialty sensors include the

following:

Model 222A Zerkometer: a direct replacement for your bearing's zerk fitting; eliminates the time / cost

                                             of bearing pillow spot facing

Model 799LF: a true low frequency accelerometer incorporating a low noise design, high sensitivity at low

                                             frequencies, and built-in filtering ensure unmatched performance and 'true'

                                             low frequency measurement

Model 797T-1: this dual output sensor incorporates both temperature measurement as well as vibration

                                             in a single sensor package

Model 786T: this low cost dual output sensor incorporates both temperature measurement as well as

                                             vibration in a single sensor package

Model PC420D: this two-wire "Displacement" transmitter is the latest addition to Wilcoxon's two-wire

                                            family of vibration transmitters,  The 4-20 mA output is determined by first

                                            measuring the peak to peak vibration, then converting that level to a 4-20 mA

                                            signal. Because balance components tend to dominate the vibration spectrum

                                            when viewed in displacement units, the PC420D sensor is able to track the

                                            balance component of machines, one of the most sought after parameters.

                                            Integrating this signal into an existing PLC, DCS or SCADA system simplifies

                                            real time health monitoring because vibration, formerly considered too complex,

                                            can now be trended in easily understood units of mils or millimeters of displacement.
