     ULTRASONICS        2008
  Level 1 Airborne and Structure Borne Certification Training

Level 1 Airborne and Structure Borne Ultrasound Inspector's course is a 3 day comprehensive mix of theory and practical experience. The course is designed to provide maximum transfer of the knowledge, skills, and abilities identified by the Recommended Practice Number SNT-TC-1A for Ultrasound Inspector Level 1. Working from the Level 1 course guide students are exposed to introductory sound theory and how it is applied to the inspection disciplines demanded by an effective airborne ultrasound program .

This course follows strict guidelines governed by ASNT. Students who successfully complete the curriculum will receive a framed accreditation certificate and are eligible to receive 1.8 Continuing Education Units (CEU's) from the American Society of Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT).

  Basics of Vibration - Two Day Course    

Notes:

  1. All courses are fee based requiring payment or purchase order at least 2 weeks prior to the course date; course fees vary.
  2. Tentative registrations will be accepted for all courses, however, attendance can only be guaranteed by advanced payment; tentative                                                       registrations may be 'bumped' as course becomes full.
  3. Courses will be re-scheduled should minimum attendance requirements not be met.
  4. For Thermography courses, please bring your IR camera (should you have access to one) as well as notebook computer with you to the class.
